SIR 2017, the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Society of Interventional Radiology was held March 4-9 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
Mentice and Barrier Technologies joined forces to present radiation safety solutions. Mentice showcased their ‘Radiation Safety’ software, an add-on compatible with all Mentice endovascular training software modules.
Barrier Technologies displayed a complete portfolio of Radiation Protection products, showcasing the unique Terminator XR™ body encapsulating Radiation Protective device. This device will enable Interventionalists to shed their heavy aprons in favor of a height-adjustable panel behind which they would stand.
